New Accounting Calendar in Place at IMC

Canoga Park, CA January 28, 2011 Effective January 1, 2011 with the implementation of SAP, IMC's new enterprise application software system, IMC has instituted a traditional calendar month accounting period. The new monthly accounting period that will govern the issuing of statements will now run from the first day of a calendar month through the last day of that same calendar month. This is a departure from our long standing fiscal month accounting system where the end of the fiscal month fell on the last Friday of the month. This change will make it easier for our customers to be aware of IMC's accounting cycles which will make invoice and statement reconciliation a smoother process.
