Canoga Park, CA March 7, 2007 – The Interamerican Motor Corporation (IMC) became the 22nd shareholder to join ATR International AG (ATR) buying group, the first and only member located in the United States. Today 29 independent worldwide trading firms headquartered in 29 countries, make up the membership of ATR.
