Job Description:         
This position will be responsible for replenishing and managing inventory across the entire IMC supply chain. The primary objective is to maintain inventory levels and item forecasting at our regional facilities. The secondary objective is to synchronize forecasts with the main distribution centers working with Product Managers to achieve service goals both at the DC and at the regional sales branch for pipeline fill.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage Replenishment Analysis for regional branches
• Manage all aspects of forecasting, customer service and item profiles for branches
• Focus on history exception management to support service levels on a monthly basis
• Utilize item history and Product Manager's forecasts to support new product roll out
• Work with and communicate to regional sales, warehouse managers, warehouse inventory control on issues, events relating to inventory replenishment
• Support company information requirements through completion of vendor forecasts, Customer service level reports, forecast accuracy reports and special request as needed
• Manage overstocked and obsolete inventory within branches, work with appropriate DC Buyers and Product Managers to do the same

Required Skills, Education And Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (desirable, but not required) or equivalent work experience, preferably with inventory management experience
• A self motivated person with analytical skills and a desire to grow and move up in the organization
• Strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team based environment
• Preferably high proficiency with computer systems and software applications including Microsoft Office, database management including writing query logic and business objects
• Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs
