Position Summary: 
This position will be responsible for overseeing the cataloging and branding of an assigned car line. Collaborate on pricing with Sales, Pricing and Marketing teams. Should possess the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to frequent shifts in priorities. Must be energetic, work at a fast pace and possess good communication and data management skills.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze, build and maintain IMC’s parts programs for Asian carlines; (Carline to be determined)
• Build and maintain SKUs for these carlines
• Catalogue parts by carline according to AAIA (ACES) standard
• Research available sources per desired quality tier
• Maintain vendor and manufacturer price files and cross-references
• Maintain correct branding in inventory database
• Monitor and improve inventory turn rate for these carlines
• Monitor, improve and maintain stocking levels in all branches
• Participate in special Sales and Marketing programs, events or trainings for carlines
• Product Lifecycle Management for carlines, in cooperation with Inventory Management team
• Build, maintain and improve reliable Dealer relationships
• Purchase and maintain stocking levels for Genuine parts
• Other tasks as needed

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Intricate Asian Carline/parts knowledge required
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Business Objects, Catalog Programs and SAP (or other ERP system) required
• Solid automotive product knowledge required, preferably aftermarket automotive
• Excellent analytical skills
• High level of multi-tasking and quick decision making
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Physical ability to lift 10 to 15 lbs
• Repetitive use of hands and arms due to computer work
• Eye strain from continual computer use

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and education combination required, preferably in an import auto parts environment.
