Position Summary:         
Working in cross-functional teams, responsible for analyzing, documenting, improving and implementing finance and accounting processes within a SAP environment. The analyst will work with finance end users to develop solutions, troubleshoot system problems and review new applications to support the finance department and management.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Main liaison for day to day tasks for finance SAP software issues.
• Business process and financial flow analyst / advisor focused on improving efficiency using finance experience and SAP financial applications as tools
• Project manager for roles and timelines
• Work closely with IT and Finance department
• Problem solving done efficiently and in a timely manner
• Document and develop processes
• Supports finance user testing, training, report writing, etc.
• Will be required to perform other job duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills necessary and must be proficient in SAP FICO
• Possess’ strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Has the ability to work professionally with all levels of individuals both internal and external.
• Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
• Experience in at least one ERP implementation with a strong understanding of finance applications, setups, training requirements and support functions within an SAP environment.
• Exposure to SD and WM modules a plus

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Repetitive use of hands and arms.
• Eye strain from continual computer use.

Education

• Bachelors Degree or combination of education and experience may be considered.
